User's Representations

11. You will upload, input or generate only content or prompts that you own all required rights to, are authorized to use, and do so consistent with applicable laws;
12. You will not use the Website and/or Services for any unauthorized commercial activity;
13. You will not introduce any security vulnerability, malicious code, virus, Trojan horse, or harmful software that may compromise the Website, Services, or our infrastructure;
14. You will not decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software used to provide the Website and/or Services;
15. You will not circumvent security-related features or interfere with the Website or Services;
16. You will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to retrieve, index, data-mine, or circumvent the structure of the Website and/or Services;

19. You may not use the Services to remove watermarks or copyright notices from content you do not own or have permission to use.

aiexpandimage.com Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property related to the Website and Services (collectively, the “Materials”) are the property of aiexpandimage.com or its licensors. Termination and Limitation of Access

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and/or Services, or to close or suspend your Account, if we suspect fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms.

To delete your Account, please send an email to support@aiexpandimage.com with “Account Termination Request” in the subject line. The request must come from the registered email and include your account email and full name. Alternatively, you may delete your Account via the settings page if available.

Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or non-infringement.
